Our medical coach is at your disposal for consultations regarding your health condition, the treatments and also for customising your wellness program. We ask that you please indicate whether you have any health issues or if you’re pregnant.

To better enjoy your spa experience, we invite you to communicate any problems that could interfere with the ideal execution of the treatment, and with the fulfilment of your aim, to the therapist

In order to get the most out of your experience at the spa, we urge you inform the therapist of any issues that may interfere with the optimal performance of the treatment.

We require all mobile phones to be switched off, and speak in a considerate tone when in the common areas.

All treatments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior in order to avoid charges.
